IMCAS World Congress 2027 takes place January 28–30, 2027, at the Palais des Congrès de Paris, 2 Place de la Porte Maillot, 75017 Paris. This is the 28th edition, held in Paris and online.

IMCAS World Congress 2027 Stand Services
As an IMCAS exhibition stand builder, we design and build custom stands within the IMCAS rules for height, walls and open sides. Each service below reflects what the organizer allows on the floor.
Custom Built Exhibition Stands
Custom stands are tailored to your objectives, your product, and your booth size. IMCAS delivers raw space booths with floor markings only, so there are no walls, flooring or power. The whole booth is yours to plan, and floor covering is mandatory.
We plan the working parts first, storage included. A storage room built into the booth must open inwards, not into the aisle.
Working Within the 3 Meter Limit
Most booths at IMCAS 2027 have a maximum height of 3 meters, including floorboard and fascia. Full ceilings and mezzanines are not allowed because of fire regulations, so double decker stands cannot be built. False ceilings are allowed on up to 25% of the stand area, and hanging or rigging from the hall is not permitted.
Some positions are lower. Booths under the Level 2 alcoves are limited to 2.4 meters, and K200 and K216 to 2.2 meters. Check your booth on the exhibit map before design starts.
Modular and Reusable Stand Systems
Modular stands are built from components that can be reconfigured for different booth sizes, so the same system can move between shows. We can store the stand between events and reuse it.
Each show still needs its own check. At IMCAS the dividing walls and height limits are set by the organizer, so a modular layout has to be matched to your booth on the map every time. Reuse only makes sense when the layout still fits what you need from that show.
Product Display and Demo Areas
IMCAS does not allow live treatments on booths. A noninvasive demonstration of a surface skin treatment is allowed only after the Scientific Committee approves it. IMCAS sells 20 minute live demos separately, and your stand can pick up the conversation afterwards.
Give the product display and the consultation area separate footprints, so a demonstration does not block a private conversation. A counter with a clear view of the product does more than a large logo wall. If you have an approved demo, we build the space for it.
IMCAS World Congress 2027 Stand Types
The right stand type depends on your product and your booth position. These two suit medical brands and device makers.
Premium Stands for Medical Brands
For brands selling clinical products to physicians, the finish matters, because visitors judge the stand along with the product. Clean surfaces, good lighting, and clear graphics work better than heavy decoration.
Every wall must be finished on both sides, so the back of the stand needs the same care as the front.
Tech Integrated Stands for Devices
Device brands need screens, power, and a place to show the machine working. We plan socket positions with your equipment list.
For lead capture, IMCAS offers a lead retrieval system, and its badge scanning also runs on your own phone. We leave a set position at the counter so scanning does not block the aisle.
