About Embedded World 2027
Embedded World began in 2003 in Nuremberg, with 2 halls and about 350 exhibitors. Today it is the global platform for the embedded community. Developers, engineers, system architects, product managers and buyers meet here to compare solutions.
The exhibition has 3 focused segments: Embedded System Technologies, Distributed Intelligence and the Internet of Things. The embedded world Conference and the electronic displays Conference run alongside it. Specialist forums and expert panels fill the 3 show days.
Embedded exhibitors bring very different things. A hardware maker needs a place to hold the product. A software team needs screens and a seat. A chip company needs a quiet corner for detail.
Embedded World 2027: Key Facts for Exhibitors
Embedded World is a technical show. Visitors arrive to evaluate, not to browse. Your stand reaches engineers and buyers who ask hard questions.
Doors open at 9:00 a.m. on all 3 days. Closing time is 6:00 p.m. on March 16 and 17, and 5:00 p.m. on March 18. The organizer's 2026 figures appear under Important Facts below.

What to Expect at Embedded World 2027
Expect a show split between the floor and the conference rooms. Visitors move between stands and sessions all day, so your stand sees them in waves.
The Exhibition Floor
Exhibitors fill the halls with hardware, systems, tools and software. Visitors walk the aisles to compare suppliers in person.
Conferences and Technical Sessions
The embedded world Conference and the electronic displays Conference run next to the exhibition. Each needs its own ticket. Expect visitors to arrive at your stand after a session with questions.
Exhibitor Forum and Expert Panels
Specialist forums and expert panels run throughout the show. They draw visitors who want depth on a topic.
Awards, Startups and Student Day
The program also includes the embedded award, a dedicated area for startups and investors, and a Student Day. Check the organizer's site for the 2027 schedule.
Exhibition Stand Design for Embedded World 2027
An embedded stand has to work the way your team demonstrates. Hardware needs floor space for demos. Software needs screens and seating. Technical talks need a quieter corner.
A live demo needs room for a small crowd. A complex system needs a layout that walks visitors from overview to detail. A product under NDA needs a closed room.
Every Embedded World stand starts from your product, your booked space and the conversations you want to start.
Stand Zones That Matter at Embedded World
Give every activity a defined place. Visitors should see the main products, know where the demos happen and find your team without weaving through cables.
Product and Demo Zones
Put the hero product where the aisle can see it. Keep related products together, so visitors read the range in one glance.
Software and Screen Stations
Mount screens at eye level. Leave space for 2 or 3 people to watch together without blocking the aisle.
Meeting and Consultation Areas
Engineers want a table and a pen. Buyers want a door that closes. Offer both.
Visitor Engagement Areas
Give visitors something to try. A dev board to handle or a short demo loop is enough to stop a passer by.
Storage and Operational Space
Hide spare modules, cables and brochures behind the demo wall. A tidy stand reads as a reliable supplier.
Exhibition Stand Services for Embedded World 2027
We build Embedded World stands around your products, your hall position and your demo plan.
Custom Exhibition Stand Design
Your footprint, brand and demo plan set the design. Demo areas, screens and meeting spots go in from the first sketch.
Modular Exhibition Stands
A modular system suits teams that exhibit often. Choose modular, lightbox or LED booths in 10x10, 10x20 or 20x20 sizes. Rent or buy, then reuse the kit at the next show.
Double Decker Exhibition Stands
A second level doubles your working area without enlarging the footprint. Run demos downstairs. Hold private meetings upstairs.
Country Pavilion Stands
We have run 75+ US country pavilions. Each one brings several exhibitors under one national banner, with a clear zone for every company.
Exhibition Stand Fabrication
After you approve the design, we start fabrication. Structure, finishes and display elements follow the agreed drawings.
Installation and Dismantling
Installation and dismantling run to the organizer's schedule and your approved plan.
AV and Technology
Screens, LED walls and interactive displays carry your demos and presentations. Give each one a clear job.
